The Fund for Innovation in Cancer Informatics uses a two-step application process: Online for the application and email for proposal submission.

Step 1:
Fill out the online form

Be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Project Title and Brief Description 
  • Principal Investigators (2), Name and Contact information
  • Applying organization information, TAX ID/EIN, IRS Designation and Grant Office contact name and information
