- Application materials must be received by 5:00 PM ET on the due date. It is strongly encouraged that email submissions be made by 1:00 PM to avoid technical difficulties. You will receive a confirmation so please follow up if you do not receive one withing 24 hours.
- Approximately 3 weeks after the LOI deadline we will notify you of the outcome. Those projects invited to submit a full proposal will be notified 4-6 weeks after the full proposal deadline, we will notify applicants by email regarding whether or not their submission has been approved. We may contact applicants in the interim if additional information is needed to assess the application.
- If approved, ICI grants will be paid via a donor-advised fund at Fidelity Charitable.
